Health Guarantee / Sales Contract

We stand behind our American Bulldogs and want you to be happy with your new puppy.

Your dog will be shipped / picked up in good health and free of genetic defect, to the best of Seller's knowledge, from genetic defect. Seller has taken reasonable precaution to ensure the physical soundness and temperament of the dog. To the best of seller's knowledge, the dogs Sire and Dam are free of hereditary defect and seller will include in puppy folder a copy of sire and dam's health records (as proof of this knowledge).

Unless buying for breeding purposes, buyer must have dog spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. Buyer must send vet record signed by vet stating this has been done. If I do not have signed proof this has been done by the age of 6 1/2 months of puppy, contract / health guarantee is void.   Our pet prices are less than other American Bulldog’s, this is to help you pay for spay / neuter. I reserve the right to withhold application to register puppy until proof has been provided of spay / neuter.

OUR GUARANTEE

We are committed to providing you with the healthiest, most adjusted happy American Bulldog possible. We breed only American Bulldogs with good hip scores and good lineage. We spend a lot of time socializing our puppies.

Our contract provides that a buyer has THREE (3) days from the time of receipt of dog to request returning dog for exchange of puppy. Any request to return the dog to the Seller in exchange of puppy must be made within this time period and may only be requested should the dog be examined by a veterinarian and found to have a health issue of such serious nature that the quality of life of the dog will be shortened or seriously altered. Minor health ailments including, but not limited to, fleas, worms, or stress induced diarrhea due to the puppy’s transition from the Seller’s home are not reason for the dog to be returned to the seller. Proof of examination and diagnosis of serious health issue must be provided to Seller and Seller’s vet. Two vets must agree of such serious nature. Shipping fees for returning a dog are Buyer’s responsibility.

We offer a 2 year limited puppy replacement warranty against all serious life threatening genetic diseases. Providing conditions have been diagnosed and proven through reputable veterinary care and after examination of records and confirmation by a vet of our choice. If such genetic diseases are found, we understand this dog has become a part of your family, so we will pay up to one half the purchase price towards vet cost or replace puppy if puppies are available.

The above guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to a subsequent owner.

We do not assume responsibility for any health related issues or loss of life due to reactions caused by vaccinations or flea and tick preparations administered either orally or on the skin surface.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including airline fees, transportation, cost of crate and health certificate required for transportation of the dog, all of which will be paid for prior to shipment.
